These terms cover the purchase of a subscription to Puzzle Break (puzzle-break.com). By subscribing, you agree to the following.
What you’re buying
A monthly subscription that gives you access to the full puzzle archive, which includes all past daily puzzles. The daily puzzle is always free and does not require a subscription.
Pricing and billing
- Subscriptions are billed annually on a recurring basis.
- Your first payment is charged when you subscribe. Subsequent payments are charged on the same date the following year.
- All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Puzzle Break does not store your card details.
Cancellation
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account.
- When you cancel, you keep access to the archive until the end of your current billing period. After that, your subscription will not renew.
Refunds
- Because the service is delivered immediately upon payment, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
- If you believe you’ve been charged in error or have a billing issue, contact us at [email protected] and we’ll sort it out.
Failed payments
- If a payment fails, your subscription access will be paused until the payment is resolved.
- Stripe may retry the payment automatically. If it continues to fail, your subscription will be cancelled.
Changes to pricing
- If we change the subscription price, we’ll notify you before your next billing cycle. You can choose to continue or cancel at that point.
